Skills to Pay the Bills is the soft skills training curriculum used in Wisconsin PROMISE. It was designed to teach "soft" or workforce readiness skills to youth, including youth with disabilities. It gives teen participants practical, hands-on techniques to help with every day communications such as when talking to someone, working with someone, making a decision, and more.
